- GUARANTEE When you book a fishing charter with OBX Inshore Fishing Excursions, Captain Terry will give 110% to put you on the fish. There are no guarantees to catch a certain size fish or a certain number of fish. You can keep your limit of legal sized fish. However, fishing is fishing. Captain Terry guarantees YOU will catch a fish or your next trip is half price.
